I help you to see the beauty amid the brokenness and create a roadmap to help you fully show up for your life.
Your story matters. Whether you’re a lonely leader exhausted from pouring out, a parent just trying to keep it together or young person trying to find their way, I see you. You were not created to navigate life on your own or in the shadows, and you certainly weren't created to live small.

A few things you should know…I’m an optimist and hope inspirer. I’m a curious listener and truthteller. I’m a beautifier and cheerleader. I’m a survivor and thriver. But most importantly, I’m a BELIEVER… In grace. In authenticity. In seeing the best in people and helping them see it too.
Still want to know more? Twenty-nine years ago, I married my college sweetheart. Since then, we’ve raised two incredible humans and lived a lifetime of love and loss, joy and grief and everything in between. For the last 22 years I have poured my life into people and been committed to living in authentic community with all the messiness that real relationships bring. In that time, I’ve started a non-profit, lead teams, taught, trained, counseled and curated experiential intensives to inspire individuals and groups to turn their trauma into triumphs. Whether I’m with a stay-at-home mom or a GM of a major corporation, I’m passionate about watching beauty overcome brokenness, and I’m a believer in the power of transformational transparency as the pathway to healing, freedom and joy. I LOVE travel, hiking, nature, chasing sunsets and getting lost in a good book or a great conversation…but my happiest place is anywhere with my husband, Matt, and our growing family.
All that to say… I’ve learned no matter your hang ups or heartaches, trials or triumphs, position or season, we are all simply figuring out this thing called life…and we are all far from over.
